OUR STORY
BUILT ON EXPERIENCE. DEFINED BY CRAFTSMANSHIP.
For almost three decades, Mayfair Building & Plastering has been creating, restoring and transforming exceptional homes across the Cotswolds and surrounding counties.
Established in 1996, our reputation has been built through skilled workmanship, considered project management and an uncompromising commitment to quality. From distinguished period properties and sensitive heritage restoration to bespoke extensions, complete renovations and individually crafted new homes, every project is approached with patience, precision and respect for the character of the property.
BUILDING THE FUTURE,
RESTORING THE PAST.
We believe exceptional building is about more than construction. It is about understanding a property, preserving what makes it distinctive and creating something beautifully considered for the people who will call it home.
OUR HERITAGE
Since 1996, Mayfair has developed a wealth of practical knowledge across residential construction, plastering, rendering and specialist finishes. Our experience allows us to combine time-honoured craftsmanship with meticulous modern standards, delivering work that feels authentic, refined and made to endure.
Every project carries the same expectation: thoughtful preparation, honest communication and beautifully executed workmanship from the first conversation to the final detail.
PERSONALLY LED
Today, Mayfair Building & Plastering is led by Directors Marcus Baldwin-Jones and Nicholas Mitchell.
Marcus provides the principal client-facing and onsite leadership, working closely with homeowners and the project team throughout each build. Nicholas supports the operational delivery of the business, helping to coordinate materials and the practical requirements behind each project.
Together, they are supported by an experienced team who share one clear standard: every Mayfair project must be delivered with integrity, care and exceptional attention to detail.
